“Came here to celebrate a milestone birthday and it was such a memorable experience for our family. The food wasn’t only pretty; it was also sumptuous. The hyperlocal non-alcohol pairing made a non-drinker like me enjoy the food even more. They honored our reservation in spite of an event they had at another location and ensured that the team at the flagship restaurant took great care of us. Shoutout to today’s team at Nen Da Nang for sharing your heart and love via the dishes you prepared. Special thanks to Tho for explaining each dish and drink pairing with such sincerity and passion. Each dish comes with a hand-drawn card explaining the inspiration and ingredients. The serving is fine dining style. The dishes are creative and delicious. “I and my family visited the Nen restaurant to celebrate my mother’s birthday this evening. Unfortunately the low-standard food quality in this restaurant really watered down our spirits. My sister had “the journey “ menu in August last year , she was so satisfied with the food. So we decided to fly all the way long from Hong Kong to celebrate my mother’s birthday. However they changed the menu to “Time”. The starter we ordered it comes with durian broth which is so weird and not tasty at all. The main course tasted equally bad. No matter what kind of the story you wanna tell, I think the food at least needs to be tasty. We are so disappointed with the new menu. And the price is overpriced.we spent vnd 3,666,000 per person. The only plus side was the well-mannered service that evening and the friendly way in which your waiters patiently heard our complaints.”

“Went as a group of 7, spent 4M dong with drink set and sparkling water. Nen’s lunch course set was amazing and a culinary experience. The server Tor was incredibly polite and took the time to explain each course in careful detail. There is a drink pairing (alcoholic/non alcoholic) that is available at an add-on price. I really LOVED the food and the experience. It’s definitely not cheap, but I felt that it was worth the charge for Vietnamese fine dining. The ingredients are unique to Vietnam and each dish is explained by the chef through story cards, which I enjoyed reading. I would come again with loved ones who have not tried this, or if I am back in Da Nang with a new Story menu. Dessert was AMAZING. Other than the price being a little steep, there is nothing not to love about Nen. Would recommend trying at least once!”

“We are here last night and the experience was exceptional. Tho was our waiter and he could not have made the evening more special. He was so knowledgeable and generous with his time and information, he was a truly story teller adding meaning and depth to every course. The food itself was interesting snd exquisite, and everything about the 9 course menu was so mindful. The music played in the restaurant added to the experience too, and the wine pairings were unusual but sublime, what an amazing night! Would highly recommend.”
