“We visited the establishment and ordered drinks along with a food platter. After we finished our drinks and platter, we proceeded to the dance floor. Barely ten minutes had passed when a waitress approached us, insisting that they “do not entertain non-customers” and asked if we intended to place an order. My brother clarified that we already had a table and had paid, and fortunately, my sister still had the receipt as proof. Despite this, the encounter left a sour impression, and we were no longer in the mood to continue our evening. The service could certainly be improved, as it should not be difficult to keep track of paying guests. We also had just come from Ringside, where the service was noticeably better. At this point, we would confidently recommend Ringside over Neon Lights. It is quite disappointing, as I had originally planned to celebrate my birthday here. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning. Nonetheless, I wish the establishment well.”
