“I had an excellent experience at NewLife Dental in Clarke Quay Central. Having received dental treatment in both Malaysia and the UK, I can confidently say their standard of care is exceptional. After noticing a crack in my front tooth, I texted them via WhatsApp at 6 pm on Tuesday and managed to secure an appointment for the very next day. Finding the clinic was complicated but made easier with a link to a video via instagram : take the lift in the Yellow Zone, turn right immediately as you exit, and walk a short distance past the car park on the 5th floor. The clinic has a modern, minimalistic interior with a friendly receptionist and staff. They seem to have a large team—around nine dentists—so availability is good albeit not at such short notice so I was lucky! Even though I arrived early for the 11.30am Appointment , they were able to see me at about 11:05. The treatment itself took around 15 minutes, was extremely efficient, and the result looks almost identical to my original tooth, with very little discomfort. Dr. Lim Min Min and the dental assistant were both excellent. The treatment room was comfortable, and there was even a TV playing Christmas music overhead, which added a nice touch. Payment was smooth—they accept Visa and several other cards, including American Express. Overall, from booking to treatment to aftercare, the service was outstanding. Highly recommended.”

“This is already my second review for this dental clinic and after more than a year of visiting, I can confidently say their service and ambiance are consistently excellent. The clinic’s interior design is also one of the things I love! it’s classy, calming and makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. My experience with Dr. Aaron has always been outstanding. I had both crowns and a wisdom tooth extraction done here. For my crowns, I had two placed on my front teeth (which had undergone root canals). Dr. Aaron is such a perfectionist! he understood how important aesthetics are for front teeth. He carefully explained the options for shape and color, and the result was flawless. Honestly, people around me don’t even realize I have crowns because they look so natural! As for my wisdom tooth extraction, I was initially nervous. I asked him if I could return to work on Monday if we did the procedure on a Friday and he assured me it would be fine. I was skeptical since my research said recovery could take several days to a week. But to my surprise, by the next day, it felt like nothing happened! The extraction was quick, painless and so smooth that even after the anaesthesia wore off, the discomfort was barely 0.5/10. I even joked with him that I thought I’d lose weight from the procedure 😆 clearly not the case! If you’re scared of wisdom tooth extraction, this is definitely the place to go! 100/100 recommended! For my regular oral prophylaxis, I always see Dr. Margaret and she does an amazing job. I can really feel how thoroughly my teeth are cleaned each time. It becomes part of my routine to come every six months for maintenance and oral hygiene. Lastly, the admin staff at reception are consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Their genuine smiles as they welcome you already set the tone. it immediately feels like you’re in good hands. Overall, it’s clear that everyone in this clinic truly loves what they do. That passion shows in the way they take care of patients, and it gives me complete trust that my teeth are always in the best hands.”

The overall experience was superb 👌🏼 , right from the booking to the payment at the end of the visit. They are very very customer focused and ensures you have a great overall experience while u are there. I contacted New Life Dental Practice at midnight, and they kindly booked me in for the first appointment of the day. I have very high anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, but I can honestly say this is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. Every staff member was kind, considerate, and incredibly patient. There is something very calming and reassuring about the practice from the moment you walk in. Most of all, I want to say a huge thank you to Dr Grace. She treated me with such kindness and empathy, and provided care with genuine patience.
