“Had a wonderful experience at O2 Rooftop Bar! The ambiance was fantastic, with stunning views, great music, and a relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Valerie. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The service i also feel the warm hospitality and attention to detail even though there's a lot of guest earlier, elevated our experience and made us feel genuinely welcome. Kudos to her for going above and beyond. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend O2 Rooftop Bar to anyone looking for great drinks, amazing views, and outstanding service.”

“O2 rooftop bar was able to give me and my companions a relaxing good time. Even though we came here on a Thursday, the ambiance is well set and the drinks from the mocktail to the alcoholic beverages really tasted great. The Love Potion is really pretty to look at but don't be fooled because it can really give a kick of the spirit and make you see love materialize hahaha. The staff and servers are all great and welcoming. The live band for tonight has a great relaxing voice and good renditions of the songs that are lined up and requested. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

The staff provided excellent service—warm, attentive, and very easy to deal with from start to finish. The food selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. What I appreciated most is the calm and quiet ambiance, which makes it a perfect spot for an intimate dinner or a small celebration. Overall, O2 Bar offers a wonderful balance of great food, outstanding service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.”

“We decided to eat here tonight, this is our first time and last time eating here. From start to finish, everything was disappointing. We ordered bruschetta, margherita flatbread, and chicken tacos for appetizers. The bruschetta was average. The margherita flatbread looked and tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza, and it wasn’t even served warm, just room temperature. The only solid dish was the chicken tacos, it was flavourful and easily the best thing we had all night. For mains, we had seafood marinara, frutti di mare, and smoked brisket. I ordered the smoked brisket which included a side of fries and a side of mac and cheese. The brisket arrived at room temperature. It genuinely felt like it had been prepared for someone else, possibly ordered by mistake, and when I ordered it, they were relieved it didn’t have to go to waste. It did not taste freshly served. The fries didn’t taste fresh either. The only warm item on the plate was the mac and cheese. Service was inconsistent. The server who took our order seemed like he didn’t want to be there, unfriendly and uninterested. To be honest you should just quit if you don’t like working in customer service. Another staff member who brought utensils was polite, which only highlighted the inconsistency. The restaurant didn’t appear busy, yet requests took a long time. When our mains arrived, we didn’t even have utensils and had to ask after waiting. Basic organization was lacking. I asked specifically for an ice cold beer and was given a room temperature beer can instead. Who enjoys a warm beer. Genuinely, how do you mess that up? All you have to do is to put them in the fridge and make sure that the temperature is set at high to make sure that the drinks you serve is cold, to combat the warm weather. We paid around 6k including a service charge that did not reflect the level of service provided. We were polite from the beginning, even addressing the server respectfully, but the poor attitude and lack of attentiveness changed the experience quickly. The high ratings online do not match what we experienced. Based on this visit, it’s not a place worth returning to. Hopefully, this review will help other people avoid this place.”
