“Firstly, its hard to park there whether you are using a bicycle or a car. Secondly, prices are steep. Pay almost 17 000 for one espresso shot and tiny cake is a bit too much. Few drops of milk are extra charged, feels like a try to suck all of me. At least there is no extra 10% service charge. The ambiance is cool, i admit. The location is lit but definitely overpriced. Yes, the coffee machine looks fancy, feels like an upper scale coffeehouse. They do have their own grinding and roasting room upstairs which is rare and cool. All inside looks like a high-end place. Staff is dressed neatly, speaking modest English. What surprised me, is no proper ceramic cups, only plastic-paper ones. Brownie was kinda average, not gonna drool for it later for sure. Just a pass. Plus 5% commercial tax applied which, I think, a guest should be notified beforehand. Wishing the team success and improvements.”

“Customer service awful, drinks served in paper cups whilst prices are NOT good value. My coffee was tepid not hot. No sugar offered with the paper cups and plastic stirrer. An incredibly disappointing experience.”

“Loved this place! Coffee is delicious and so great that it is locally sourced. The menu had a good variety which had me wanting to eat it all! My personal favourite are the Coconut Milk Custards. Will definitely be back to drink my coffee and watch the sunset at Origin. 🤩”

“✩Super high quality coffee. They roast their beans on-premise! I ordered the White Brew (a type of cold brew) for 5,950 kyat (around $4 USD) ✩Beautiful interior with gorgeous natural light. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. ✩Great place to get work done. Each seat has its own electrical plug (with USB compatibility!) Free fast wifi as well! ✩Staff are very kind and knowledgable about the menu! -Areas of Improvement- (1) Currently the only milk option is full-fat milk. I would LOVE to see more non-dairy free options, such as almond or oat milk. (2) Giving plastic cups and straws to every customer (regardless of whether or not they are eating in or taking to go) is wasteful! (3) Having a self-serve water pitcher on the 1st/2nd floors (next to the condiments/napkins) would be a nice touch. It is something that a lot of other higher-end cafes in Yangon provide to their customers.”
