“This Bar has an awesome location and a nice setting, but they play terrible music and way too loud! It scares most people away, and the bar is almost always empty because of this. Dear owner: do you want to have more business? Then turn the sound WAY down, it's not a nightclub . Your average customer is over 60, so play the kind of music that these people like and you will attract way more people.”

“Great little bar where you where you can seek refuge from the den of iniquity that is most of the rest of central Paytaya. If you are stuck here and want a hassle free couple if drinks whilst watching the world go by; this is your place. Great staff and good cocktails at a reasonable price.”

“Extremely unwelcoming staff and owner. If you dont order a drink every 30 mins, they present you with the bill and ask you to leave! This resulted in a rather unpleasant exchange with the extremely rude and aggressive arabian owner. Staff constantly hound you to buy more drinks, its a very strange way to run a bar and very unwelcoming. I notice other people mentioning in the reviews the same that the staff are pushy and hound you- this is correct, not a pleasant atmosphere. Staff are sour faced and unfriendly- who would believe they are working in hospitality! Don't bother, so many other lovely bars on the beach road, where you are treated with respect. I went a few doors down and enjoyed a pleasant afternoon, same view, same drinks, better staff and friendlier atmosphere. Owner is obviously having difficulty paying the rent and bills!”

“I had a fantastic time at original Cocktails!!! The atmosphere is perfect for a beach day. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The cocktails is really good. Perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach! I highly recommend it.”
