“My experience in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital has been a pretty good one. I went in with a list of test but it was confusing in the beginning as no one told me I had to register before going to see the department I needed for the test. After running around, things went pretty smoothly. When I got to pulmonology department, Herveth assisted me and we're so nice and patient the whole time which made me feel comfortable. Everyone is welcoming including Rid, Jessa, Champ, Jibs. They're all very responsive and compassionate especially when I had to reschedule many times.”
