“Very unprofessional management when it comes to the steam room. We were told the steam room (wet sauna) would be ready in 15 minutes, but even after 50 minutes the temperature inside was only 26-27 °C — it was actually warmer outside. The floor was cold, the benches were cold, and the staff just kept smiling and talking nonsense. No one could answer simple questions like what temperature it would realistically reach in another 15 minutes. After 40 minutes they offered a refund. In my opinion, a spa that positions itself as high-class should keep the steam room running during working hours (or at least part of the day) and staff must be able to clearly answer questions about temperature and readiness. The whole point of a steam room is to WARM UP THE BODY before a massage. Instead, the same manager suggested the “brilliant” idea of doing the massage first and then using the steam room afterwards. All of this was delivered with very polite smiles, but the service in this regard was simply poor. It’s a real shame. I hope the owner reads this and takes it into account. This is not a one-time impression — I’ve been living on Koh Phangan for five years and have run into the same steam room issue several times. You basically have to be lucky that someone used it before you and it hasn’t cooled down yet. Please list the nominal operating temperature of the steam room in the service description so staff don’t pretend they don’t know. This is not acceptable for a place that claims a higher standard.”

“We only came here for a massage and didn’t stay at the hotel. At first, the hotel itself looked a bit poorly maintained and we were worried it might affect the massage – but not at all! The massage was excellent, we enjoyed every moment. We came as a whole family and it was simply a pleasure. Everything felt nice, calm, and relaxing. Highly recommended!”

Amazing massage for a very affordable price, the decoration and vibe are so nice and will leave you in awe for hours. We left the place energized, relaxed and happy.”
