The registration process took less than 5 mins and I was immediately taken back to get my issue looked at. They also do crowns, implants, braces and more. Im not fluent in the local language yet, so them being able to speak English helped me out a lot! Highly recommended.”

“I visited Picasso in June 2024 for a check-up and clean. I had previously visited several times for cleans and had always been happy with the service and results. However, during this appointment I was advised that two crowns were needed on my back left molars, and I chose to proceed with the treatment. Unfortunately, that decision has had significant and ongoing consequences for me. During the procedure, I found the treatment to be extremely rough and painful. My teeth were sore immediately afterwards and to this day have not recovered. Since then, both crowns have detached and have had to be replaced by my dentist in Australia. Shortly after the treatment, the tooth above those molars also began causing pain. In an effort to identify the cause, I have had numerous appointments with my regular dentist, undergone root canal therapy, and been referred to a specialist. Despite extensive investigations, no one has been able to determine the exact source of the problem. I have now spent close to $13,000 AUD on corrective dental work, specialist consultations and related treatment, and as of June 2026 I am still dealing with the consequences. Prior to my visit to Picasso, I had never experienced any issues with chewing or pain in these teeth. To this day, I am unable to comfortably chew on my left side without experiencing sharp, shooting pain. This has been an extremely disappointing and costly experience that has had a lasting impact on my quality of life. I delayed posting this review for almost two years in the hope that the situation would eventually be resolved and I would have some answers. Unfortunately, there appears to be no end in sight. I am able to provide documentation and evidence to support everything stated in this review.”
