“The hospital itself had everything and lots of good facilities. The treatment also went perfectly fine, I just wish there were more employees to get things done quicker. I had to wait around an hour just for my medication, and I feel like its a big waste of time for the patients especially for those with school or work. I am an A level student and I didn't like having to waste my time just for some medicine.”

“I am writing to raise a concern about a recent consultation at your hospital with Dr Khin Win Oo. During the visit, my mom blood pressure was measured by the nurse and then again by the doctor, but the readings were different. However, the doctor did not verify or recheck the measurements, and both differing values were recorded without clarification or explanation. This lack of verification caused confusion and concern. Accurate measurement is very important for proper diagnosis and treatment, and I would have expected the discrepancy to be addressed during the consultation. In addition, I did not feel that my concerns were fully listened to, and the overall interaction left me feeling a lack of respect and confidence in the care provided. As a result, I currently do not feel trust in the doctor’s assessment. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure better communication, careful verification of clinical measurements, and improved patient care in the future. “The hospital rooms at ward 3A are quite large and the price per day is quite cheaper than most of other big name hospitals. But If I have to point out one thing , may be the food that hospital offer for patients are not that good and only few items to choose.”
