The first thing that stands out is the sheer size of the facility; it is a massive, well-organized space that allows you to train comfortably without feeling like you’re on top of other people. For a tropical location, they’ve done a great job with the layout, utilizing plenty of high-powered fans to keep the air moving. Training in the Koh Phangan heat is definitely a different level of intensity compared to a climate-controlled gym, but the open-air feel and the constant breeze from the fans made the sweat-session feel rewarding rather than draining. The class itself was excellent, specifically because they keep the group sizes small. This allowed for a much more personalized experience where the instructor could actually focus on form and engagement rather than just shouting cues to a crowd. It strikes that perfect balance of a high-energy workout environment and a focused, professional training session. Whether you are just passing through for a day or looking for a regular spot while on the island, this place is top-tier.
