“Agus was an amazing guide! I told him the things I wanted to do. I had a list of things that I saw on social media that looked like a lot of fun. When I showed him this list, he said those places were always super crowded. Instead, he gave me recommendations to places that were basically the same, but lesser known, less crowded, AND cheaper. Even as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe with him! Embarrassingly enough, I actually lost my credit card at some point. He helped me look for it, and went back to the previous place I had just used it at. Even after we finished, he called that location for me every day until I left Bali to see if they found it with a promise to deliver it to me if they did. (Don’t worry, I immediately locked the card the moment I noticed it was missing). He truly went above and beyond for me and I was so grateful! He showed true Bali hospitality. When I visit again, I’ll definitely book him again as a guide. Thank you, Agus!”
