The fish was exceptionally high quality, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the pacing of the meal made the whole experience feel smooth and relaxed. What I loved about Raichi is that their most deluxe set menu is a very reasonable 1,800 million VND yet the freshness and quality of the fish is extraordinary. Plus there was lots of unique showmanship in the preparation. We sat at the sushi bar. Chef is great at explaining each dish. Server did not keep our sake topped off through the meal, so we had a lot of the bottle left toward the end of the meal.”
