“The service was professional and fast from point of booking (via email) to treatment. The clinic was easy to find. Once inside you complete a general information form. You then get taken to a room where a woman washes your face and you have a 3D scan. You then get taken to a dermatologist who reviews the scan. You discuss your concerns with them and treatment options. After that, you get taken to another room to dicuss the cost and what you would like. I felt no pressure to commit. Everyone was lovely and spoke good English. After treatment options were agreed, you paid and got taken to a room where the same dermatologist performed the chosen treatment. I had a mark removed on my forehead via c02 laser. Was fast and good price. No pain. Aftercare was explained and the clinic sent me an image of the cream I needed to use post treatment. So I went to a pharmacy to purchase this. Their WhatsApp was given to me so I could contact them if needed which was reassuring. I do have acne scarring which I would have also treated if I had the time, but unfortunately I wasnt in hanoi long enough to do this. Otherwise I would have. The only suggestion I would give would be if you have foreign customers maybe explain the above process prior to their appointment so we know what to expect ahead of time (as it works a little differently in the uk). But honestly, this was minor and I would reccomend you 100% you. 😊 Everyone was welcoming and I felt at ease.”

“It was my first time getting Botox, so I was quite hesitant. However, the doctor at the clinic was very attentive and clearly explained the possible side effects and risks. The injections were performed directly by the doctor, not by a technician like at many other places. After the treatment, I received detailed aftercare instructions and follow-up support. I’m very satisfied with the Botox results.”

The staff is friendly and kind and they really take the time to understand what you want. They take photos of your skin each time you come in and the results were extremely satisfying to see. “I am extremely dissatisfied with this clinic’s service and cannot recommend it. We had an appointment scheduled, yet the clinic was clearly understaffed, resulting in excessive delays. What should have been a maximum 40-minute appointment turned into nearly two hours. While I understand that staffing issues can arise, they had my contact information and could have informed me in advance or rescheduled. Upon arrival, the clinic was empty, and a cleaning staff member had to notify the assistant that we were there. We were not provided slippers to change into, so we were left walking around barefoot the entire time. After approximately 40 minutes of waiting and unnecessary back-and-forth, we finally met with the doctor. Unfortunately, the consultation itself was disappointing. The doctor was not welcoming and made remarks that felt unprofessional, such as stating that “anybody could inject this.” As a first-time Botox patient, I chose a medical clinic expecting a higher standard of care. I was given numbing cream, and after another 30 minutes, I was called in. The doctor did not show the Botox before preparation or reassure me that the materials were sterile and unopened. Although she briefly showed the box later, this should have been done beforehand. She also did not provide a mirror to review or confirm the planned injection mapping. I later had to contact the clinic just to find out how many injection points were used. After the procedure, there was no explanation of aftercare or guidance. I was rushed out of the treatment room and handed a generic aftercare sheet by the receptionist. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional experience that does not justify the price. The clinic charges rates comparable to high-end European medical facilities but delivers a disorganized, med-spa level of service at best. If you are expecting a professional, high-standard experience, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.”

“Went to ROHTO Aohal clinic in Hà Nội today, very professional and attentive. I chose the HIFU treatment for full face, neck and chin and could see the results straight away. I also had the collagen mask (with a bonus head and shoulder massage) and my face felt tighter! It was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.”
