“This is a fantastic sky bar located near the riverside. The place is very pleasant with the view surrounding it. The food was decent, but the prices felt a bit high for the smaller portions. It seems like we might be paying more for the scenery. Their recommended sunrise in paradise cocktail tastes great to me. The mojito was alright. The Australian beef burger was really juicy, the Khmer fried chicken wing had a nice crispiness, and the fries were just okay. The flatbread was great and definitely worth a try. The only unpleasant experience is the service; they seem to not care much about customers and look unsatisfied and unhappy during serving.”
