The therapist started with a gentle scalp massage, then moved slowly down to the neck, shoulders, and nape. Every movement was technical, precise, and perfectly balanced—not too strong to cause discomfort, but not too light to feel ineffective. I nearly fell asleep because it was so relaxing. The washing process was thorough and done with great attention to detail. Each section of hair was handled carefully, almost like a therapy session rather than just washing. The scent of the shampoo was pleasant, and the water temperature was always adjusted to the perfect warmth. What I appreciated most was how the staff constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted anything adjusted. It made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire session. After the massage and wash, the blow-dry and styling were done very gently. My hair looked smooth, neat, and healthy—without being dried out or frizzy. I walked out feeling lighter, more relaxed, and almost as if my whole mind had been refreshed after a long and tiring day. Honestly, the head spa here is more than just a hair service—it’s a treatment for your hair, body, and spirit. Something I would gladly return for again and again.”

Of course was nervous to trust a stranger and in another country but they did amazing! They explained the prices multiple times, made sure before charging and the service was hands down the best thing ever. The shampoo was the best massage i got so relaxing and then the haircut they confirmed what i want and truly executed. Mr. Khoa was my hair stylist and he SLAYEDD! Highly recommend if you’re visiting or local! Also very affordable! Wash, cut and style for $40!!! Would’ve cost me $120 in the US.”
