“A Creative and Tasty Fusion Experience at Sarnies Cafe Sukhumvit. We had a fantastic and creative brunch at Sarnies. The Japanese-Thai fusion concept really shines through in the dishes. The wood-fired donabe rice was a standout, especially with the add-on Hamaguri clams which brought a wonderful, savory depth. The ox tongue toastie was rich and perfectly paired with the flavorful roasted tomato soup for dipping. For dessert, the apricot yuzu & chocolate pain suisse was a unique and delightful combination of tangy and sweet. To drink, the Thai coconut latte was creamy and aromatic, while the iced coconut long black was a refreshingly bold choice. Overall, every dish was executed with great flavor and a clear creative vision. A must-visit for anyone looking for inventive and tasty fusion food in Bangkok.”

“I came here quite a few times whilst in Bangkok for brunch. Lovely atmosphere. The ambience at Sarnies is a significant part of its appeal. The cafe is designed with a minimalist, Japanese-inspired aesthetic, featuring light-coloured wooden interiors that create a calm and zen-like atmosphere. Really good menu mainly comprising Australian brunch staples with Japanese influences. Clean. They can get very busy but I have luckily always managed to get a table. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Good service. I love the Pimp My Breakfast (All-day) which is what I usually go for. Basically, build your own breakfast plate. There is a huge variety of options to choose from. Great idea. The iced classic matcha with water is good too. Natural and healthy. I have also tried the avocado toast which is also nice. My small negative is that I think some of the ingredients especially the avocado and the cold smoked salmon need to be fresher. Both times I ordered avocado, part of it was rotten. You could see signs of spoilage. An avocado should be green not brown or black. The smoked salmon as well was also a little slimy and discoloured which usually indicates signs of spoilage. I avoided ordering avocado and cold smoked salmon after this. The hot smoked salmon was a lot better. Other than this, yes, it is a little pricey but it is a great place for brunch and I would definitely recommend it.”

“Bookending our Thailand visit with trips to Bangkok on both sides and the is is our third visit to Sarnie’s 🤍 absolutely epic food, atmosphere and service. Best brunch we’ve had in Thailand (and therefore our lives) and cannot recommend enough. The Turkish eggs are a revelation and the taramisu coffee is the best cup of coffee I’ve had this trip. Plus we left with their chili crisp to enjoy back home. Delightful 10/10 would recommend!”

“We loved Sarnie’s. It’s a nice atmosphere suitable for working or just chilling out and enjoying a bite to eat and/or a coffee or tea drink. We did not try the food, but the menu looks very interesting. They offer sandwiches, pizza, eggs and many interesting, Asian fusion dishes. Our 5 star food review applies to the coffee. We thought the long black Tiramisu and iced coconut coffees were excellent; such great flavor and obvious quality. And, lastly the service was quick and friendly. I’ll be back, again and again and . . .”
