The signature cocktails were outstanding, beautifully crafted, unique, and full of flavor. Every drink felt like a special experience on its own. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made the visit even more enjoyable. “A great rooftop bar experience and definitely worth visiting. After taking the elevator up, you are first guided to the bar area. The staff let you know that you can place your order on the rooftop terrace and then continue to the famous spot where scenes from The Hangover Part II were filmed. Until you place your order, a staff member accompanies you and helps guide you around, which makes the experience very smooth. The bartenders are highly professional, and the cocktails are excellent. The drinks were well-balanced and beautifully prepared. The real highlight, however, is the breathtaking view and the atmosphere of the terrace. The combination of the skyline, the rooftop setting, and the overall ambiance creates a truly memorable experience.”

“The view was breathtaking and I did not know beforehand that The Hangover 2 was filmed here, which is a fun detail that probably attracts many visitors. The staff were very professional, polite and spoke good English. However, as mentioned in other reviews, I was first guided to a small bar and somewhat pushed to order a drink there before going to another bar. I declined and asked if I could simply order my drink directly at the other bar instead. After some hesitation they agreed and guided me there. I find this customer experience questionable. I was aware that drinks at rooftop bars come at a premium, but the prices here are noticeably above the average of other rooftop bars in Bangkok. Even at the Petronas Towers I paid less in total when combining the entrance ticket and a drink.”

“Sky Bar at Lebua has one of the best views in Bangkok, there’s no denying that. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The drinks are nothing short of extortionate. My wife ordered a very average mocktail which cost the equivalent of $43 AUD, while cocktails were pushing $70 AUD each. At those prices, you’d expect something truly exceptional, but the drinks simply don’t justify the cost. I don’t care how good the view is, these prices are absurd. It felt more like a tourist trap than a premium rooftop experience. Judging by how half empty the venue was, it seems plenty of others agree. Bangkok is packed with incredible rooftop bars offering equally impressive views, better atmosphere, and drinks at a fraction of the price. People weren’t born yesterday. Staff were also extremely pushy. Worth seeing once for the view if you’ve never been, but I wouldn’t return and certainly wouldn’t recommend it for drinks.”
