Our teacher, Ant, was so friendly and adorable, she brought us to the morning market and showed us the common Thai ingredients, even giving us recommendations on which shops at the market sell the best snacks and fruits! Ant was also extremely informative and positive during the cooking class, demonstrating all the steps with so much passion and explaining all the steps to us. She also gave us alternatives to the local ingredients so that we can swap them out if we can’t find them in our home country!
