“IT IS A SCUM!!! Charging me “10%” late charge of the monthly rent on the first bill. First, this term is not written on the invoice and service agreement but written in an unaware document after the service agreement signed. Second, it’s insane and not fair to prepay the rent 15 days early otherwise the late charge applied. Third, terrible customer service to escalate this complaint and this late charge can’t be waived. Regret to join!! Reply:- I talked and emailed to your manager called Noyna and I left this complaint in your move in survey email as well before I posted this review. But NO ONE care! Instead of taking the initiative to follow up and investigate my case, you put me back to the queue to raise a ticket online?! What a terrble customer services you guys is doing?! If you guys don't mind, I still got a couple bad experience to share in the public about your company.”

“Their faulty website charged me almost 7,000 baht but “didn’t generate an invoice.” So they stole 7K THB from me, and didn’t give me a membership! Their unhelpful and unprofessional staff treated it like it was my problem, not theirs. It took one week until my bank successfully reversed the transaction after I disputed it. Avoid these scammers unless you enjoy waiting on hold with your bank.”

You can rent from a single desk to a small private room or large private room. Either you are start up or relocated firm, you find what it fit here. Great location and easy to commute.”
