“The absolute all time favourite of mine when it comes to lunch in Bangkok. They offer a huge array of delectable lunch sets at amazing value. I emphasise that the it is the lunch that is incredible value because for dinner the menu will be different and higher prices. The food taste, presentation, ambience, service. Everything is just top notch and beautiful. I find myself coming back time after time for many years now. What an absolute gem of a place. Flawless in every way.”

“Tensui Japanese Restaurant (Sukhumvit 16) offers an excellent dining experience with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The food is delicious and made with high-quality ingredients, reflecting the restaurant’s premium standards. Prices are on the higher side, but they are well justified by the quality. Highly recommended for lunch, as the set lunch menu is reasonably priced and offers great value for money.”

“Tensui was just a short walk from where we stayed, so we decided to try it for dinner. The moment we stepped in, it felt like being transported to Japan—the space was beautiful and calming. The courses were well-paced and nicely varied, though the experience would have been even better if the server had explained what each dish and ingredients used. The kaseiki course is 3500 baht per person.”

“Very amazing food quality and nice serene ambience in the restaurant. Good staff and polite vibe overall. Everything would be perfect unless there’s something wrong with a waitress with long face and her name start with ‘M’ (I don’t want to say exact name cause don’t want anyone to loose their job in this economy) She was definitely have something going wrong with her life or maybe she’s sick at the time cause the way she treated us, her voice that responded to my team’s order and her facial expressions both considered low service mind and unbothered ( we had lunch as a group in PDR and I’m 100% we were so polite to all waitresses throughout the lunch time). I think she probably acknowledged her own unbothered attitude caused she tried look at us if we gonna say something back to her during that lunch session, we didn’t want to ruin a good time so we just let it go. I might wanted to speak to the manager but since there’s no one checked us feedback before we leave so I guess it would be fair to share our experience here.”
