“We pushed through with our team event here at The Fun Roof, but honestly the overall experience was very disappointing. We made a reservation and paid a downpayment because the initial conversation with their team was okay and they even recommended a cabana setup for our group. But when we arrived, that’s when we found out the quotation setup was different from what we expected and we didn’t even have proper seating for our group of 13 people. We kept following up multiple times just to get tables and chairs arranged. The staff were very hard to talk to and the information given to us didn’t match the actual setup. If the downpayment was refundable, we honestly would’ve left already. The venue was also hot. Based on the marketing and photos online, we expected a more comfortable place, but it felt very different in person. The games were already worn out and poorly maintained, and even the pathway going inside smelled really bad. The food was actually decent, so thank you for that, but overall the experience was not worth the amount we paid. It honestly felt very misleading compared to what was advertised and discussed with us before booking Leaving this review so others can manage their expectations and double check everything before paying a reservation fee. Never again”

“We had fun doing the activities, their staff will assist you when you play the outdoor games (batting cage, extreme basketball, mini golf, etc) in case it rains, you can go inside their bar area and play card or board games. food and drinks are a bit expensive”

What made it extra fun were the game amenities—pool, darts, giant Jenga, even a mini golf setup. Drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly.
