“I had a really great experience at this hair salon. I came for a keratin treatment and I’m very happy with the result. Hanry and Amy did an amazing job, and you can really tell the whole team works very well together. The salon is clean, modern, and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Communication was easy and professional, and even though the treatment took a few hours, I felt comfortable the entire time. The coffee was also a nice bonus. 🙂 Overall, I’m very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend this salon.”

“I got an Olaplex treatment, which included a relaxing massage. In addition, I had a slight haircut to bring my hair back into shape and finished with a blowout. Everything was very professional, and the hairstylists were incredibly kind and skilled. The prices were communicated upfront and were very reasonable. “I normally never leave reviews, but I really feel like I need to warn people about my experience here. I’m no longer in Ho Chi Minh City, so unfortunately I can’t go back to get this fixed. I asked for very subtle, natural-looking highlights that would blend into my naturally black hair. I showed multiple reference photos and specifically pointed out the darker shades in the color booklet to my stylist. At one point, another woman who I assume was the manager came over and pointed at much blonder shades instead, which confused me because I don’t speak Vietnamese and couldn’t understand what she was saying to my stylist. I again showed my reference photo and emphasized that I wanted subtle highlights. I didn’t say anything while I was still in the salon because the lighting there honestly made it look much better, and I didn’t properly see the result until later that night before my flight. The end result looks nothing like what I asked for. I’ve attached photos so people can judge for themselves. I’m really disappointed, especially because now I have to go home like this and will probably have to try fixing it myself.”
