“Great value. I've been traveling in Vietnam for 2 months, and it's really hard to find a reasonably priced gym that has moderately standard and common equipment that I was looking for, a recumbent bike. Most gyms charge upwards of 50, 70, 100 plus a month, more than U.S. priced gyms. If you are an average Joe, moderate exerciser, this gym might be for you too. I actually liked the security measures that the gym enforces, because as a single female traveler, safety and security is what I care about most. The registration process in person was super easy. Show passport, have a VN phone, download app, finger print scan to go in and out of gym, which prevents others from using your membership. Its not for everyone. As for staff, I found the front staff super nice, respectful, and professional.”

“One of the worst gym services hands down. Apparently, they don’t get the concept of privacy. Asking all sorts of personal identification details we do not want to give. They try to streamline this process with digital signup and a single staff guest service but fail miserably. As a native son of Vietnam I do not value the intrusiveness. Moreover, the lack lister in gym equipment and equipment layout is subpar. Better to just go outside and run for workout.”

“Great gym for long-term training. Clean. Air conditioner. Tons of cardio machines. Locker room. Showers. Three floors of machines, weights, and a functional training area. There's also a class studio. There's a free parking garage under the gym. All of this is included in the very inexpensive monthly membership fee. I paid around 1.000.000 VND for three months. FYI --The New Gym franchise doesn't do day passes. The gym is open 24 hours per day.”
