The Service at 1921 House

“Stopped in for lunch today and had a great experience. Staff were polite and attentive without it being bothersome. I had the Miyazaki A4 striploin and it was excellent. The sourdough bread (which I believe is freshly baked as it came out nice and warm) is also worthy of a mention. If I was to improve on anything, it would be to have the butter at room temperature rather than cold. But I think this is a universal problem. 😅”

“Oh whaa great experience! we had asked for privacy and got the reverie room, must Ok say it was beautiful. I had the fish halibut which was so well cooked. The crumble dessert was great as well. The service is top notch. Den was our server and he took care of us so well. The food was ready in time and we were kept informed.”

“This was one of the best meals I have ever had PERIOD. The best service I have ever had. PERIOD The decor was stunning. Go to this restaurant if you can while in Chaing Mai. Located in an absolutely beautiful hotel that just adds to the experience.”

“Service is excellent. Overall very good dining experience. Truffle & wild mushrooms soup is creamy and aromatic. The portion is good for sharing. Pork chop is slightly overcooked, but the meat itself is well-picked. Ordered a well done ribeye steak, yet the meat is still juicy, paired with green peppercorn sauce. The House Crumble is just alright.”

“We had a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere was quiet and not crowded — a perfect place for a special occasion. We went on my birthday without a reservation, but next time, I’ll definitely book in advance. One fun touch was choosing a steak knife from a suitcase — such a unique and memorable detail🧳 The food was excellent, especially the meat. It looked like lean beef, but it was incredibly tender and juicy. The lobster, however, was a bit disappointing. I honestly didn’t realize it was lobster at first — it felt like the meat had been abducted by a UFO made of pasta. That said, the sauce was absolutely delicious. I’d love to come back here for our next celebration.”
