“Tiño did not respect my time, despite an appointment being made. They did not inform me that the tailor would only be in at a later time than my appointment, and admitted that they did not check their upcoming appointments before the day started. I had a suit made years ago here and experienced much better customer service. I am very disappointed din the deterioration of their service quality. Don’t expect top tier service if you have a suit made here. UPDATE: The company is trying to make an excuse that I arrived early. My appointment was for 12:30 PM and I arrived early as a courtesy because I did not want to be late and wanted to find parking since they’re located in a not so central location in the CBD. The receptionist said the tailor would only arrive at 1:00 PM, and said that is his usual arrival time. When I asked why they scheduled my appointment for 12:30 when the tailor wouldn’t be there yet, she admitted she only checked her calendar that same day. The receptionist did not even know I was coming. Attaching a screenshot of the message where the tailor indeed arrived at 1:00 PM only. Also, if Tiño is so defensive about their scheduling mistake, I can only imagine what excuses they will provide if they are late for delivery for their suits. For suits that cost upward of ₱60 or 90k++, one would expect greater accountability. Buyer beware.”

“This place is a true gem of Metro Manila. Their master tailor was trained in Naples, Italy in the highly coveted Neapolitan style. Each piece is a true work of art. Each garment has its own personality and charm - much like how the Italians are themselves. They are one of the very few tailoring shops that can make fully canvassed/floating canvass style suits. I have yet to get a bespoke suit from them in the very near future. They offer such a competitive price for their suits at such an amazing quality and craftsmanship - from what I've seen. I will probably get a bespoke suit by November 2018. Their staff is also incredibly knowledgeable and you can truly see the passion in their eyes. It's a truly amazing experience as a menswear enthusiast to visit here and strike up a chat with the sales coordinator/s. Highly highly recommended.”
