“Casual & Upscale in Da Nang – Great Coffee, Standout Food (An Thuong) I found Trilogy by chance while doing laundry nearby—and ended up going back multiple times. They were new when I first visited, but everything already felt polished. The coffee pulled me in, but the food is what really impressed me. I stopped in for some of the best coffee in Da Nang and ended up coming back for dinner. The coffee is excellent, but the food is what makes this place stand out. The pesto pasta is easily among the best in Da Nang—rich, creamy and perfectly balanced. The steak was solid, but the pasta stole the show. They recommended a bold Cabernet (closer to a fruity American Merlot), which paired really well. Looks like they’re building a solid wine list at Trilogy. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the vibe hits a sweet spot between upscale bistro and relaxed neighborhood spot. You’ll see people grabbing coffee in the morning and coming back for dinner. Staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly building a community feel with regulars already. The menu is surprisingly strong across the board—fresh pizza (Bonus: new pizza oven + dedicated pizza chef and it shows), focaccia bread sandwiches, pasta, and full dinner options—making it a great choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in Da Nang.
