“My experience here was nothing but amazing!!!! EVERYONE and I mean every single one of the staff have been really friendly, the kitchen is new and their food is a MUST TRY. I had the Tandoori Prawn and it’s delicious I finished it all by myself. 😂 the bartenders are SO NICE and they talked to me the whole night since I was alone. They speak good English. I love it here and this is probably my favorite bar in Hanoi. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and to anyone. To add, the atmosphere, furnishings, decor was beautiful. GO TO TWO SCHMUCKS NOWWWWWW”

“Wonderful experience here at the speakeasy! You have to enter this clinic first but don’t worry there will be staffs guiding you to the bar. We ordered a vesper and it really hit the spot!”

“Yes, this is a speakeasy. Look for the board sign on the sidewalk. It's pointing you to the up staircase in the building on the right, rather than the down staircase in the building on the left. You'll be guided pretty much from there. Cash, credit card and probably e-wallet payments accepted. Good English spoken. The atmosphere is decided calmer than some of the other bars in the area. Quieter atmosphere particularly on a weeknight. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays may bump the noise level a bit. But you're insulated from the incessant buzzing and beeping of Hanoi traffic down here. What time is it? Who cares? Order another round and enjoy. Basic selection of cocktails, and a reasonably good collection of liquors - both imports and some domestic options (gin). If you'd like a cocktail off-menu inquire with the bartender. Mine was very eager to try, even though they lacked some of the ingredients for what I was hoping for. There's a definite attention to detail and presentation here that will appeal to a variety of your senses. I came hungry, and was told the menu in the 'old' menu was not accurate, and provided with a new menu for the Indian restaurant next door. Not what I was hoping for, but I was pleasantly surprised with the very tender and moist - but still hot and delicious - tandoori chicken. I tried the padpad, which turned out to be a flatbread basted in garlic and butter. Oh my word. Thinner than naan, but just as tasty. I came early in the evening as they were just getting started so the place was empty and additionally quiet. It also afforded me the chance to talk shop with the bartender and manager. Good guys, and I hope this place sticks around for a long time!”

“Very cool bar hidden on a basement. To get in, you go up some stairs then down to the basement. We went early on a Tuesday night so the place was empty (just us), but the ambiance of the bar was great, the bartender extremely nice, and the drinks we had were very tasty. It was fun and interesting seeing the bartender prepare the drinks, which he did with a lot of care and precision. We will come back as they have music some days during the week, with a full band on the weekends. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.”
