“If you are ANYWHERE in Hanoi you have to go to this sky bar (Upper Haven Sky Bar) in the old quarter. The view is AMAZING and honestly this is the BEST cocktail we’ve had since we’ve been in Vietnam. There are comfortable chairs (we are Americans with larger frame bodies) and multiple seating areas in different levels, that make for privacy. There are plants and trees and beautiful vertical walls and has an inside seating area too. The cocktails are very reasonable and from 3-6 pm it’s happy hour 2 for the price of one. Kim is the manager and is extremely accommodating but everyone is so nice and personable. Service is good and fast with an attentive staff. Have I mentioned the 360* view? It’s an amazing view of Hanoi you won’t forget. Whatever you are doing or wherever you are in the old quarter stop in for some peace (soft quiet music) great cocktails and amazing views!”

“Great view and luxury. Great if you are in the old town but want to relax, away from the noise. You have to go through the hotel, take the elevator to the top floor and climb up one floor, you will be gifted with a Quiet, wonderful space. They have a Happy Hour until 6pm and you can get a buy 1 get 1 free offer. The music is also good, I had a great quiet time here. Beautiful decoration, worth the price.”
