“I chose this spa purely based on its 4.8 rating and 1.8k reviews, and honestly, I have no idea how those reviews exist because my experience was extremely disappointing. I am assuming based on these high rated reviews the prices are so high compared to other spa places in the area ? I went in to get an hour foot massage. The environment was the complete opposite of relaxing. There was constant noise people coming in and out, credit card machines beeping, receipts printing, cards declining, and shoes being stuffed into plastic bags right in the treatment area. Add to that people chatting, taking phone calls, and moving around freely. There are “quiet” signs, but no rules are enforced at all. To make it worse, the overhead lights were blinding, shining directly into your face. You’re supposed to unwind during a massage, not feel like you’re being interrogated under stadium lighting. A massage spa should be calm, quiet, and peaceful. This place was chaotic, noisy, and stressful. Based on my visit, the glowing reviews feel very misleading. The therapist working there were excellent tonight but the environment felt like a fish market Overall, a huge letdown. I wouldn’t return and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.”
