“overpriced and underdelivered. The clinic is super chic and fancy ecquiped, but they overcharged me. I negotiated but still paid a higher price than I would pay in Europe Malta for the same treatment. And I also got another treatment than I wanted, but the woman who did the treatment didn't speak a word english so I couldn't tell her. The woman at the reception who already charged me upfront wasn't there and had already left by the time I finished.”

“I was recommended different services and higher prices when I came back for a second consultation. The only saving grace was the beauty nurse who did most of the translating to English for me was kind. The consultant today (had glasses and I didn’t catch her name) was a bit rude. They were not on the same page when I was trying to explain to them what I was quoted the day before as the staff was different. I work in the aesthetics industry back in the states and it was frustrating to tell them what I know what I wanted to get done and they were not agreeable with what I wanted. The office is beautiful but the one consultant made my experience turn sour.”

“I have been a regular customer at Vita Clinic and hold a membership there, which is why today’s experience was particularly disappointing. During my facial laser treatment with Dr. Son, he began the procedure without explaining what he was doing or checking whether the settings were comfortable. As the laser intensity increased and became painful, I raised my concerns multiple times. Unlike other doctors I have seen at the clinic, who regularly communicate, adjust their technique, and ensure patient comfort throughout the treatment, my feedback was largely ignored. I politely mentioned twice that the treatment approach was causing discomfort, but there was no meaningful response or adjustment. When I continued expressing concern, Dr. Son held my head and face with his hand and repeatedly told me, “Don’t move, don’t move.” I found this behavior disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a paying customer. At that point, I decided to stop the treatment and leave. This is honestly the worst experience I have had at Vita Clinic. Technical skills are important, but communication, professionalism, and basic respect for patients are equally important. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training on patient care and customer service for staff who interact directly with clients.”

“I went there a few days ago and inquired about the services and prices several times, both in person and online. They wouldn't disclose a price list, which meant they sold different products to different people. They didn't show me or let me confirm the availability of any medications. I shouldn't have gone there after seeing the negative reviews at the beginning. A legitimate and transparent beauty salon wouldn't deliberately hide its prices, jumping from 6,500,000 to 7,500,000.”
