“Such a lovely and memorable retreat. The yoga sessions with Master RP were really enjoyable, and he created such a calm and welcoming space throughout. I’m actually quite proud of myself because this was my first time waking up for 6.30am yoga, and I did it for 3 days in a row. I never thought I could drag my sleepy self out of bed that early, but knowing I was going for Master RP’s session with the other practitioners really helped. The energy in the morning classes made it worth it. I always felt different after yoga, more refreshed, lighter, and definitely more deserving of a good breakfast. I also really appreciated that there was no judgement at all. All levels could attend and feel comfortable. Even for Ashtanga Vinyasa, Master RP gave different variations so everyone could practise at their own pace. Outside of yoga, there were so many nice moments too. The hot springs in Kintamani were a highlight, soaking in the warm water with the cool mountain air was so relaxing. Lunch at Caldera Restaurant was also beautiful, with the view overlooking the majestic Mount Batur. The yoga games were really well planned and fun as well. They helped everyone connect, laugh, and enjoy the retreat in a more light-hearted way. Overall, everything was well organised and meaningful. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and glad that I showed up for myself. Would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone looking for yoga, rest, and a lovely Bali experience.”

“Vyasa Yoga is an excellent school with a well-structured and thoughtfully designed program. The curriculum and subjects are clearly organized, making it easy to follow and understand. When I first started the course, it was truly mind-opening. I always looked forward to learning new postures and exploring the deeper knowledge and philosophy of yoga—topics I had never fully understood before. The depth of wisdom shared throughout the course gave me a completely new perspective. Guru Master RP is an outstanding teacher. He provides very clear, step-by-step instructions and carefully corrects our posture with subtle details that we might not even notice ourselves. Even though I have been practicing yoga for the past 20 years, after attending Vyasa’s 80-hour course, I realized how much more there is to learn. For example, even a simple Parsva Sukhasana (side bend posture) felt completely different after his precise corrections. These small adjustments made a huge difference and motivated me to look forward to every class. The philosophy and knowledge shared during the course have inspired me to shift my usual HIIT workouts toward yoga. With a deeper understanding of yoga, I truly believe it should be our first choice for long-term health and well-being.
