“Just my impulsive thought to go to salon at 8pm after my long trip from Da Lat. I found this salon near my hotel and turn out it was amazing with reasonable price!! I did walk in without reservation and they were welcoming with with warm smile. I just did wash plus massage my hair and it was soooooo good. I think I fell asleep when she did that. I got 10% off bcs they had event back then. After the treatment they gave me extra 15% voucher to buy coffee down stair. Really recommend this place!! I would love to back when I’m going to Ho Chi Minh again!!”

“A clean and tight operation head-spa offering a large range of services. We went for the head wash and 4-hand massage and it was great. Good value and staff are super friendly. Suitable for tourists, try to book in advance, if not, be prepared to wait for some services but they have a lot of staff on hand. 1st time we went, you were able to drift off to sleep and it was very comfortable. 2nd time we went, unfortunately, the head wash kept us awake with a bit of water splashing. Would still recommend going.”

“I have experienced this place several times. Whether it’s short hair or long hair, I’ve always been satisfied. I’ve been coming here since they were located at the salon opposite the street. Now the salon has been upgraded and is very modern. Their services provide a truly worthwhile experience, with enthusiastic and friendly staffs. If you are a foreigner, try to communicate as much as possible so both sides can understand each other, and I believe they will do their best to meet your style preferences. Since the location is in the city center, the prices are reasonable. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.”

“I was on a time crunch and needed a place that could do my hair, nails, and pedicure at the same time and I’m so glad I found this salon. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful! Even with my limited Vietnamese, I just showed my inspo photos, and they understood exactly what I wanted. Lena did my nails and was amazing. She’s so meticulous, truly a perfectionist! I showed her a few designs, and she brought them to life beautifully. I’m obsessed! For my hair, I had about four people working on me at once, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were since I was short on time. Exceptional teamwork and service! “OMG! Never thought I would actually write a review on hair&spa! Our Vietnamese background colleague and friend recommended Way Up Hair & Spa at Ho Chi Minh city. My wife, my son and I did a combined hair treatment, combo 1 for men (haircut, relax shampoo and clean ear-wax), foot massage, manicure and pedicure. This would have been the best combined hair wash, style cut and spa all in one service I have ever had in my life. The therapist is professional and the stylist so professional. Everyone is extremely friendly. The entire place is clean. Recommend 120%! I would come back to Saigon just for this whole service. We asked our hotel to make a reservation on our behalf at around 1pm, and was able to get a same day booking between 3pm to 4pm. Pricing is amazingly value for money too. This is a must in Saigon!!!”
