The Tuna Truffle Nigiri was the highlight of the night and, without a doubt, the best nigiri we have ever had—absolutely unforgettable. The entire dinner felt like a pure taste experience at the highest level. The service was flawless, warm, and incredibly attentive. The wine list is exceptionally well curated, and enjoying it from Riedel Veloce glasses made it even more special. What truly touched us was the chef personally visiting our table after dinner—so kind, passionate, and inspiring. Sharing his story and insights made the evening even more meaningful. Food was Japanese cuisine with some liberties taken and actually very good, well displayed. Staff was welcoming and service was organized.
