“This was my first time visiting and having a treatment at MS Glow Clinic. The place was quite prominent and easy to find. The staff, the doctor, and the therapist were all polite. I had Glow Silkpeel treatment and it costed more than 1 mio. You can check their pricelist from their instagram account. The place was very clean. Unfortunately they didn't offer some blanket to cover our legs during treatment. It felt a bit weird for me as I'm a blanket person. The treatment went well and it was enjoyable. You will get a loyalty stamp for minimum 1 mio spending. Moreover, you will have the chance to spin the wheel that will give you some benefits, unless it landed on Zonk area. My gift was a free product. I could choose either a nail polish or a lipstick, and I chose the lipstick.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the manager at Ms Glow. She was dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Instead of addressing my issues professionally, she was condescending and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. Her poor attitude and unprofessional behavior have left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning to this beauty center. To them it's all bout billing.. people expecting customer service this is not your place”
