“I had an amazing experience from start to finish. From creating the design, sizing and positioning to the inking. I changed my mind regarding the position a few times and the staff were very patient with me. The artist (Bon) made suggestions to the design which improved the overall effect. He was gentle and so careful whilst he worked. I absolutely love my new tattoo. I would recommend this place to everyone! My tattoo artist, Tomie, was incredibly talented and attentive to detail. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and turned my idea into something even better than I imagined. His technique was gentle, precise, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. I also want to give a big thank you to Nam, who helped with some translations. He made communication smooth and easy. He also elevated my experience here at 1984. The studio itself was clean, stylish, and had a great atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and professional. “My first tattoo, the prices were very reasonable for the line art and stigmatisation that i had done and I used my own design as a reference which they modified to fit the placement and keeping in mind aging over time. Great staff, Teng was really nice and Simon did a great job on my tat with his line work, 4 hours no breaks because I was in a rush and felt like 2 very professional and clean. Cheers 1984.”

“We would not entrust our first ear piercing to anyone but 1984 Tattoo & Piercing Studio! 💖 Shoutout and big thanks to: - Zieng for accommodating us and easing our nerves. Zieng was the one who assisted us and explained everything to us from the beginning to aftercare. - Gemi, our piercer, for ensuring the smooth process and being gentle with us throughout the procedure. (If I got the names wrong, feel free to correct me) How responsive were they? - Weeks before our trip, we had so many questions for them because it is our first time. They were so responsive in both Instagram and Facebook page! We could always rely on them whether we had any questions about the procedure even at that time we weren't even sure of our schedule yet. We asked questions and they answered it all. - It was Wednesday night when we asked their available schedule. At the time, we weren't expecting a response because of what time it is but they responded and scheduled us at Thursday afternoon! They were really that responsive and easy to talk to, we were able to book through their Instagram. How was the experience? - When we arrived, we were assisted by Zieng. Zieng explained to us about the prices, types of earrings, materials of earrings, and his recommendations on what sizes of earrings we should get especially when factoring in how swollen our ears could get. They spoke english very well. - Before the procedure, Gemi, our piercer, ensured that the tools needed were sterilized. The piercing was done using a sterile needle (not piercing gun) that is disposed after so that a new needle is used every after pierce. They were very friendly and tried to ease our nerves by conversing with us and making us hold a plushie hahahaha - After the pierce, Zieng explained the aftercare and gave us a brown bag which includes a solution for the pierced ear and a guide of the aftercare. Their aftercare is also posted on their website. Overall, I had no worries with having my ear pierced in their studio. - They were responsive, accommodating, friendly, and spoke english very well. Just make sure to inform them before going to their studio to check the availability of their piercer. - They sterilized the needles before using it. - They provided a lootbag with a solution included for the pierced ear and an aftercare guide. You can message them on their IG or FB if you have any concerns after. I will definitely come by their studio again when I visit Hanoi. Thank you so much! ⭐💖”
