“We stopped by here early in the afternoon and were full all day. Solid selection of Indian dishes. I have to admit we go to several Indian restaurants back home in the US, and there were a lot of dishes I had not heard of before, so I’m going to assume more authentic. The staff made some suggestions as we had a group of five. I expected them to just suggest all the highest priced things but they gave a good mix of options. We had the chicken biryani, leg of lamb, and a mixed grill plate along with naan. The food was great and the staff was very attentive. We pass here in the evenings to get to our hotel and we see the staff in the street directing people to try the restaurant. I don’t normally try the restaurants with barkers outside, but this place was really good.”

Food – 5/5 The food was absolutely delicious — for the first time in Bangkok, I truly felt like I was eating at an authentic Indian restaurant back home. The biggest reason for this authenticity is that all their spices, oil, and ingredients are imported directly from India. Every dish carried that rich, genuine taste which made me forget I was outside India. 2. Staff & Service – 5/5 The entire staff was Indian, and their hospitality was exceptional. From the moment I entered, they welcomed me so warmly that it felt like I was among people who already knew me. Everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and friendly. I even clicked some photos with the staff because of how connected I felt. 3. Atmosphere – 5/5 The restaurant has a warm, welcoming vibe that pairs perfectly with the authentic Indian flavors and the staff’s hospitality. It’s the perfect spot if you’re craving real Indian food while in Bangkok. Overall Verdict: If you’re in Bangkok and want to experience authentic Indian cuisine with the same taste and warmth as back in India, Jodhaa by Bawarchi is the place to be. From food to service, everything was flawless. Highly recommended!”

“We went to Bawarchi restaurant Bangkok on Friday. Food was so tasty and service was very quick. We were so impressed so we went again next day.This time we tried different food and the tastiness and flavour were always there. ( Paneer tikka ,biryani, daal roti and much more were all finger licking food).Chef’s skills were praise able.Service by Sanjana had no words.We all were surprised how a single girl can handle all clients.She was very quick and fast and had great knowledge about food.Environment was so warm with live music.We will definitely go back this Restaurant on our next visit.”
