“We were lucky enough to be staying in Centara Grand hotel housing the Blue Sky rooftop restaurant on floor 24. What a fantastic experience not least of all because of our server Air. She took a genuine interest in us and others at there tables too. The food was amazing. I ordered the Wagyu from Australia and being a steak lover was hoping for the best and it was! Melted in my mouth. I didn’t even need a steak knife to cut it. After our meal Air asked if we would like some photos and took us to the outside area and took lots of pictures of us, then took us to the Bar area and took even more. Such a lovely gesture and made our night.”

“Excellent rooftop restaurant and bar serving European cuisine. I shared a platter with large river prawns and steak along with the best onion rings. Dessert was amazing, we chose the chocolate cappuccino and the staff gave us an additional anniversary dessert. View was nice from 24th floor with a beautiful sunset.”
