“My partner took me here for my birthday celebration and I had a lovely experience. The host Phuc and our waiter Phi were absolutely icing on the cake. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. I ordered the Hanoi set menu and everything was so flavorful. The chicken noodle soup (bun ga) was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The grilled catfish was so tender. And I don’t know what was in the fish sauce but it was so tasty, very different from the fish sauce e tasted before. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant you won’t be disappointed.”

“We had a fantastic evening dining at Cloud Nine restaurant (hotel restaurant of La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel). Food was absolutely delicious and Staff Service impeccable! Restaurant staff was thoughtful and takes initiative to serve without us requesting. The Manager was friendly and came over to chat to find out if we are well attended to. Though Price was on the high side but it was totally worth it! It was impressionable that it prompts me to want to stay at this hotel in my next visit. Well done!”

Ninh was taking care of our table, he was very professional, we ordered set menu, and I can see that he has a very genuine care about our food allergen because I had a lactose intolerance and he was really making sure about that with the chef. He was great. The restaurant and food also well done. All staff there are so welcome and genuine. I am absolutely impressed and I felt so special.”
