Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made the visit much less stressful. Honestly, they all deserve a raise. “I went to this clinic while traveling in Vietnam because of calf pain, which later turned out to be multiple thromboses in my left leg and pulmonary embolism. From the very beginning, Dr. Linh Ngo took a great amount of time to carefully examine me, explain all possible causes, and guide me through the next steps. He never rushed the consultation and made sure I understood every option. We decided to do a test to rule out thrombosis, which came back extremely elevated. As soon as he saw the result, he personally called me and immediately advised me to go to the hospital for further testing. What impressed me the most was his dedication even after I had left the clinic. He continued helping me through WhatsApp messages and phone calls, explained what I needed to do at the hospital, and made sure I received the medication and care I needed. Throughout the remainder of my trip, which had to be extended because of the thrombosis, he remained supportive and continued checking in to make sure everything was progressing well. I rarely experienced this level of professionalism, compassion, and responsibility from a doctor. Thanks to him, my condition was detected early and treated in time. I am incredibly grateful for his help and can highly recommend this clinic.”

“I’m leaving a completely unprompted review because of the pure professionalism and kindness of the clinic staff. My husband and I attended today, as somewhat ‘medical tourists’. We’re from the UK, and were keen to have a general health check up at a more efficient and more thorough rate than we knew we could get at home. Family medical practice did not disappoint. I researched other clinics, including some TikTok famous ones, and can honestly say I have no regrets about choosing here. The basic package (which is not basic at all!) can have add on’s, but the doctor is so honest about what he thinks you need (or don’t) and didn’t talk us into getting anything extra - if anything he told us we didn’t need some due to age or other factors, or told us we could add some on if the basic tests indicated we needed something more in depth - how perfect. There was no sales pitch, just amazing care from start to finish. We had a 10am appointment, and were out of the clinic, tests completed, by 12. We were offered the option to come back at 4, or have the results emailed to us. We chose to go back and I’m so glad we did. The attention to detail, the number of tests completed, the kindness of the nurses, staff, and doctors - immeasurable. If general testing is something you’re interested in, please do consider the family medical practice. English is spoken perfectly so please don’t let this be a cause for concern. “I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who expects real medical help and clear results. We came with specific symptoms and very clear complaints. We were asked to pay around $150 per person, which included the consultation and additional tests. However, after the results came back, we were given almost no useful explanation, clear diagnosis, or practical recommendations that could actually help improve the condition. It felt like the clinic was creating the appearance of doing a lot, but in reality provided very little expert value or meaningful medical support. I also want to mention the experience with injections and blood draws. The procedures were much more painful than in other clinics we have visited. I do not know whether the issue is with staff training, technique, or the quality of the needles and equipment, but it was one of the most painful blood draw and injection experiences we have ever had. In the end, we paid a significant amount of money and received no clear answers, no meaningful help, and no improvement in the medical situation. I personally cannot recommend this place to people who are looking for results, professional care, and a proper medical approach.”

“I absolutely loved my visit with Dr. Allan and the FMP team. They actually gave me time and cared to get the full story, and followed up on my recovery every day. I’d tried a local hospital, and it’s not worth trying to save money because without understanding me, I was just given antibiotics that have a lot of resistance built up already. With Dr. Allan in the end I didn’t need antibiotics, I felt reassured, and now I’ll always know who to go to first. I have travel medical insurance for these situations and wish everyone in the world could get this level of care.”
