“It’s rare that I leave a review, even rarer that o write whilst still sat in the seat, but this place has delivered to such a standard that I can’t ignore it. I was welcomed by a number of staff before being sat and explained the working of the place. I ordered a pint of IPA which was delicious, before discovering a special deal via Untappd (must be a user) for a taster of flights and an appetiser to receive a free 330 beer. Don came over and was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable of everything. He then continued to serve me offering recommendations (the river shrimp is seriously good) and good conversation. Nuts are provided with every drink and the music selection is old school and chilled out, perfect. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and could not recommend it enough to any beer enjoyer.”
