Jiang Nan Hotpot (MOA)

“🥢Jiang Nan hotpot located at National University Bldg. MOA Complex Coral Way Pasay City is a must try hot pot around the Shrine of Jesus, SMX, Conrad vicinity. There was an event at the SMX Convention Center and the whole NU Bldg strip of restaurants was filled to the brim, but hunger stroke and we craved for hotpot. I have to say this isn't my very first time eating here at Jiang Nan but what I can say is that the food is consistently good, the service may vary but still good compared to others. We didn't wait that long in line. The Lady brought us to our seat as soon as we filled up our form. There was so many diners but all was catered to the best of the restaurants ability. Kudos to the hardworking service crew of Jiang Nan. Jiang Nan overall, is an affordable hot pot restaurant that has great value for money. Great for celebrations and perfect for casual late night hot pot cravings. We had a great experience and we will be coming back. Key Notes: 💪🏻 They are very attentive to our calls, although I have to note that I do not call theyre attention unless I really uave to so as to not abuse they're time to also attend to other customers needs. 💪🏻 The crew served us with efficiency. 💪🏻 The crew also advised us on which items might contain pork since we do not consume pork. (This helps a lot, since you can see how they careful care for your food) 💪🏻 So many delectable options to choose from for vegetarians, vegans and non-pork eaters like us. 💪🏻 They placed us on appropriate tables for large groups that could accomodate people with babies and with wheelchairs. (The space they provide for us is a big help. It helps since we carry a stroller everywhere large bags with nappies and milk.) Highlights: 🔑 The kebab options bring an additional flavor profile to the hotpot that we were anticipating. Though uncommon it is very welcome for us foodies. 🔑 The Premium Meat option is great for those who came here to eat meat. Not everyone gets access to high quality meats and sometimes diners look for these kinds of things. 🔑 The Beef Strip with cheese is one of the unique things we ate here that are not available in most hotpot. 🔑 We liked the music playlist of meteor garden, it brought us nostalgia and we happily ate and sang. 🔑 Plum Juice is good for digestion and I was glad to have it as an option.”

“Had a dinner here after craving hot pot and thankfully they’re still open til 2am. We were 9th on the list after we arrived but some clients did not wait anymore so we were seated in just 15mins. We ordered hotpot and grille and enjoyed the hotpot more this time as some kebab on stick and meat were overly salted. The dimsum and noodles were fresh though the mild spicy soup were a bit strong. Two thumbs up for the plum and orange juice as they quenched our thirst. Soup of ice cream tasted great as well. Overall it’s still a good experience despite some hiccups like long serving of grille and waiting time for the bill.”

“Commendation post for Emilio’s amazing customer service as he was able to turn our dissatisfaction experience to a satisfactory rate in MOA branch. It’s our first time here and we’re surprised about the wait time as it took 30-45mins for the staff to assist us (they lost the paper we provided with the list of our orders). We are deciding on leaving the place already but with Emilio’s consistent empathy and assistance, we stayed. We enjoyed the food from the meat to seafood especially the signature sauce. I never appreciated hotpot until we tried here and we’ll definitely come back!”
