“The crowd in this place speaks for itself. The ramens are 5 stars, both the broth and ramen. I like that you can customise it to your liking, like in Japan. The condiments on the table are 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Fried chicken is really juicy and crispy outside, so are the gyozas. The tofu is super soft and smooth. Place is small, seats are tight, you might think you’re in Tokyo or HK 😅😅 Service is attentive and food is served promptly. Will definitely return!”

“Pretty decent ramen! I had the Shiro Ramen and the broth was thick and flavorful. I would suggest getting the normal noodle firmness as the texture was just perfect imo. You can customize the variety of toppings and also the pork selection. There are no queues now even on the weekend so you can definitely get seated pretty quick.”

“Kanbe Ramen easily ranks among the best ramen spots in town. After a streak of disappointing ramen experiences, a friend urged me to give this place a try — and I’m glad I did. The Shiro Ramen comes with a rich, creamy pork bone broth that’s deeply flavorful and well-balanced. The chashu slices are generous, slightly on the fatty side, but melt beautifully in your mouth. For sides, the Crispy Ebi Fritters make a great snack — light, crunchy, and satisfying. But the real standout is their Karaage fried chicken. It’s perfectly golden with juicy meat inside, and the house-made pink dipping sauce adds a unique, tangy twist that cuts through the oiliness — elevating the dish entirely. Don’t skip the pan-fried gyoza, either; they’re crisp at the bottom and juicy inside, the ideal pairing with your ramen. After this visit, I can confidently say — Kanbe Ramen might just become my new regular spot for an authentic Japanese ramen fix.”

“Tried Kanbe Ramen and really loved it. The broth is rich, flavorful, and very comforting, while the noodles have a nice bite. Everything tastes well balanced, not too heavy, and very satisfying.
