“I was initially attracted to this salon because they advertised having Korean hairstylists. I specifically wanted to book a Korean hairstylist for a fresh new hairstyle, but I was advised to consider a Malaysian hairstylist instead, as I was told he would understand local hair better. I booked the earliest appointment at 10:00am because I had an event to attend at 12:00pm. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was left waiting for about 20 minutes without anyone attending to me. When the hairstylist finally saw me, I explained that I was looking for a new hairstyle, but he seemed uninterested in offering any suggestions or recommendations. I was then asked to wash my hair. As I have a sensitive scalp, I asked what type of shampoo they were using. However, it took a very long time for anyone to get back to me with information about the ingredients, and I never received a clear answer. What disappointed me even more was what appeared to be inconsistent treatment of customers. An Eurasian lady who arrived was served tea almost immediately after being seated, while I received no such attention. Whether intentional or not, it gave the impression of double standards in customer service. Overall, I am very disappointed. Given the premium prices charged by the salon, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, attentiveness, and customer care. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.”

“wonderful hair treatment service and personnel. the appointment took 3 hours and the staff were nothing but sweet and professional. the head massages, hot eye cover and neck pillow were absolutely amazing! __________ update 18.05.2026 went in 2x due to the first appointment ending disappointedly due to my hair being dyed a different colour than discussed (pic 1-2). after leaving a negative review regarding my experience, the salon got in contact and we made a new appointment to fix the issue. this time everything went really well, and i left the salon with the colour i had in mind originally. thank you again for fixing this issue!”

“I came here last week to try their headspa and I took the premium headspa. I was greeted the moment I came in and served with hot chamomile tea. The receptionist was very friendly. Only the premium plus and above only will be given a private room. I was informed about that and also they asked if I would like to upgrade but I decided not to. So I feel since I didn't upgrade the service was not as I expected. The massage was decent. I also tried their basic menicure and pedicure service which I really like it. The staff did a very good job. I really like how it turns out. Probably, I would consider try their facial service next time.”

“I specifically choose this place during my vacation to go and pamper myself on my birthday. It was a great experience . Highly recommended. Zai and Nora took care of us and we are really happy with their service. We went for the Premium Head Spa and Hydro Facial costed us around 560RM. They offered us a Free welcome drink ( opt for Honey Yuzu). And even gave me a mystery gift too. If I am ever back in KL I will definitely visit this place for some 'Me' time. It's inside a mall on 1F. The mall has a bus stop so it's really easy to reach here.”

A special thanks to Director Nana for her amazing haircutting skills. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and recommended a style that suited my face shape perfectly. I wanted a soft Korean-inspired wavy hairstyle, and she absolutely nailed it. The cut was precise, natural-looking, and easy to manage. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the service was excellent throughout. I left feeling more confident and received many compliments on my new hairstyle. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!”
