“Went to this hospital on the first day of Songkran due to acute lower back pain (lumbago) and had a very good experience. The whole process felt slightly unorganized at first, but in the end everything made sense and worked out smoothly. I received a doctor consultation, medication, and an IV for pain and inflammation, all within one hour. The treatment was quick, efficient, and very professional. The total cost was only €43, which is excellent value for the level of care provided. Highly recommend this place if you need medical help while on Koh Phangan.”

“I came here to get a booster for rabies and tetanus, I got in 8:00 am on a Monday morning, and I was out in two hours. Everyone was very friendly (except for the receptionist, which seemed soulless, but she might have worked a night shift) It is an hospital and not a touristic business like the private clinics, don’t expect smiling people saying “welcome sir”, they are busy with thousands of sick/injured people everyday, I was surprised for how most of them were still very friendly, and how efficiently they handled so many people. They are very organized. I paid 1915 bath including all fees and 2 shots (rabies + tetanus = 785 bath), in a private clinic I would have paid 5-6000 bath. I will have to take a second shot for rabies in 3 days, but I will go straight to the ER so it should be much cheaper”

“I was hesitant to come to this hospital because of the bad reviews, but I needed a post-exposure rabies vaccine and decided to try. In less than 30 minutes, I was in and out. The process was smooth, quick, and without any issues. I paid 600 baht for the doctor and, after adding antibiotics and the rabies shot, the total was 1,560 baht, really reasonable. Before coming here, I called other places and they quoted around 3–4k baht for a doctor visit plus around 2k baht for the rabies shot (unreal). So this hospital was much more affordable and straightforward. I can only speak for my rabies vaccine experience, but for that, everything went very well.”

“Short version: never use this hospital. These are not doctors, they are monsters. I was admitted with acute kidney pain. The pain was so intense that I was crying and screaming. They injected me with tramadol, which of course did nothing for this level of pain. I received some kind of help only about 20 minutes later. Another hour passed, my pain still did not subside, and out of about 10 doctors I could see nearby, only one doctor finally came to me. She quickly explained something, I barely understood anything. She said I needed to sign papers and be admitted to a ward for 15,000 THB per day. They did not allow my friends to come in. As I understand it, by giving me minimal pain relief and forcing me to sign documents while I was in severe pain, they were trying to push me into agreeing to be hospitalized in their ward. The doctor spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. This is not the level of medical professionals, this is abuse. Such doctors should not be allowed to work in medical institutions. I asked them to call my friends. They ignored me and walked away. After that, no one came to me at all. I lay there for an hour and a half in unbearable pain. They were walking around, laughing, holding meetings, and showed zero initiative to approach me or respond to my questions. Through the open door, I waved several times to my friends, and eventually they managed to come inside. I explained everything to them, and we left this hospital and went to another one, where I finally received proper help. I strongly do not recommend using the services of this financial machine, which is clearly designed to extract money from you regardless of your condition and not to help you. This was the worst experience one can go through in life. The pain I experienced was the strongest pain the human body can produce. Yet the staff did nothing to help me and completely ignored me. These doctors should be held accountable and should not be working there. The nurses were just laughing and did not want to do anything. When I was leaving and getting up from the bed, they could not even properly remove igloo. What I experienced that night was pure horror.”

“If I could give -1000 I would. This people are the devil, seriously They don’t care about your health, not medicinal approach. I got dehydrated and came there in bad condition, maybe in some places it doesn’t count emergency but ok, I asked them if they can put me infusion through my vain. They kept lying and say yes while doing general check and send me half dead each check to pay on it although I didn’t ask for it. Their approach- giz, so disrespectful.. you tell them something and they start laugh between them self in Thai- not a human lover definitely not representative for the beautiful Thai culture. As you can guess - Doctor never came and probably never intend to come. Complete hostipal, without 1 Doctor, COMMON! After long time of waiting and let them lead I hoped at least they’ll give me infusion, when I asked what about that they said that the Doctor order it now - it’s the middle of the night, I was confuse because of my dehydration but not stupid, this people don’t love people they don’t care, and unfortunately they work in care institution. I hope that my message will help and nobody will go there, I don’t wish this nightmare to anyone”
