“Sorry i have to say the truth, the food quality should be their concern. Stop hiding behind the coffee house so you dont take care of your food. I tried their fried rice, just taste like rice with soy sauce with no seasoning last time. Then i try their pisang madu, just a lazy cut unrape banana poured with honey that does not even taste like honey. Then their kebab is not kebab. Using frozen product that idk what. I smells something unpleasant on the meat(not even meat, like a cheap nugget), Even when you bite it, you can taste flour, seems need more time to cook that meat. Then i feel like the chips has a freon taste. i approach to the staff (nicely no drama), they said maybe because it is a frozen piece, and they dont bother to think maybe the freezer is the issue. Nothing happen after, maybe they think it just the personal taste issue, or even maybe i could be wrong as well. But after a quick review on this google review, i dont think i am alone. So please take this as feedback as i really upset for overall food.”

“Came here at 8:25 PM while it was still quiet. For Zeen, which gets packed later, 3 fried rice orders shouldn't take 1.5 hours! I stayed patient until I realized how ridiculous the wait was. Even after I confronted the cashier/staff, it took them another 30 minutes to actually get my food out. Terrible service👎🏼”

“I'm a regular customer at Zeen, but this has happened twice now in the morning. The barista didn’t make the coffee according to Zeen’s standard. I ordered a latte, but what I got was more like coffee with milk, as if it wasn’t made with care. This happened when the shop was very quiet. From my experience, Zeen always serves the best latte during busy hours with hundreds of customers, but this issue happened twice during quiet mornings. When I complained, the staff just said they were “sleepy,” with no apology and no offer to remake the drink properly. This incorrect way of making the coffee also changed the taste, and it didn’t feel worth the price I paid!! Please ask the management to fix this. Disappointing customers is not acceptable, especially when the Zeen is very quiet. Thank you for your attention.”
