“Didn't know my hair had so much volume. Joe was very knowledgeable in explaining how to blow my hair to get it to look puffy. The hairwash was also very comfortable and I felt very refreshed afterwards. I wanted to do the scalp treatment but due to time constraints I wasn't able to. They also do not push their packages too hard.”

“Went for my teen’s haircut, started 15mins late when they themselves said, if we come late the appointment will be cancelled after 15 mins. Then did a survey for another 15 mins, whatever, my daughter has long beautiful hair, she went in for a simple layer cut, medium length. To start with he decided to cut the length off from front, for which I had to keep an eye on so that the scissors don’t poke her. Next the hair was handled very roughly, while washing as well as cutting. He went on trimming and cutting for a good 1.5 hours, used hair thinning scissors and hot straightening iron on a teens hairs, end result was very poor - chopped and thinned hair. The hair wash person supposedly applies excessive pressure on the scalp while washing. Just get your basics right, no heat on kids hair, gentle while washing, no thinning scissors on kids. I will never go back nor recommend. Very unhappy with the result.”
