“Had two great visits at Nail Pallor (Pavilion KL) on separate occasions, once with Antonette and once with Angle. Both were friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. I did a mani and pedi, plus the lavender scrub, and they took the time to make sure everything looked perfect with a clean, polished finish. “I was served by staff Alice (Myanmmar) for both hand and foot massage. From my understanding- moisturiser should be given at the last step after trimming, buffering of nails but instead I was given that first which was very different from my friend who was attended by Angel. Quite meticulous in the way she did but can be quite rough at times. At one point, she used the gel box to put my feet on top to scrub instead of using a proper equipment for it There’s slight cut over my left thumb but she did apply medicine for it which I appreciate. To come again to this establishment- honestly, 50/50. Friendly staffs?- Yes. I would say that they need to brush up on their skills and sing the same tune.”
