“Firstly, I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but this salon truly deserves one. I first visited in January, if I’m not mistaken, and had a consultation with Jackson. What really stood out was how he genuinely understood my hair and its condition instead of just agreeing to whatever I asked for. Only a true professional like Jackson would take the time to properly assess what’s best for your hair instead of simply following trends or requests blindly. I visited again today for hair color and a haircut, and once again, he was so kind and honest about what would suit me and what wouldn’t. After the treatment, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever felt this confident in my life. What I appreciate most is that they don’t simply do whatever the customer asks just to get it done. They actually take the time to consult, guide, and help you make the best decision for your hair. The entire staff is so lovely too (I’m sorry I couldn’t get everyone’s names). The receptionist is the sweetest always welcoming with such a warm smile. She even gave me an ice cream today 😭 Y’all are seriously so nice wei. As long as I’m in KL, this will be the only salon I go to.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! The staff were friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Special thanks to Yao Yao for taking such great care of me. She was also so sweet to entertain my daughter and did her hair as well — my daughter insisted on having the same stylist as me! It truly turned into a lovely mother-and-daughter day out. I came as a walk-in and was lucky there was availability, but I would definitely recommend making an appointment to avoid disappointment. There’s also a great offer for first-time customers. The salon is very comfortable, and they even have private rooms available for Muslim clients, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Erika gave me a beautiful butterfly cut and I absolutely love the result! The layers are perfectly blended and give my hair so much movement and volume. She also did Korean curtain bangs for me, and they turned out exactly how I wanted — soft, flattering, and easy to style. Erika really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything suited my face shape and hair type. I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely come back to Erika for my next haircut. Highly recommended!”
