“Upon first glance, my nails look super cute! The nail artist was able to get it close enough to the inspiration for me to leave happy. They were 710k and took 2 hours for a gel removal, manicure and art (which is affordable compared to the UK, but I paid 250k for similar in Da Nang, but with less detail, so it feels quite expensive by Vietnam standards, especially as they charge extra for cuticle care). The artist may have been tired/having a bad day, but she was a little rough with pushing and pulling my hands when she wanted me to change hands. She also seemed to be getting frustrated and sighing a lot when making mistakes. I didn’t feel the most comfortable. Finally, I’m a little worried they may not last as long as my last manicure, as there is already gaps and it doesn’t seem completely sealed over the end of my nail. Also there is a couple of small errors such as a section of the cloud missing and bits of polish on my skin. Overall, I still think my nails are pretty, but for the price, I’m not as happy as I was with my last manicure, which was a 3rd of the price.”

“This is a good place to try but I personally would only come back for the massage and hair spa so this is more of a 3.5/5 stars. The workers here are very friendly and helped to explain the services offered. We made a reservation for 12:30pm on a Monday and as soon as we came in, it was already very busy. The hair spa and massage was amazing, very relaxing. I also chose one of their nail styles on their website and their brochures. I like how it turned out except it came out a bit uneven on my pointer finger. The hygiene could be improved as they are so busy and there's not much time in-between clients to clean, so there are nail clippings on the floor. The layout of the store was very compact and so I'm bumping knees with my nail technician and bumping chairs with the nail technician behind me. If you don't mind the hustle and rush, and prefer more simple nails designs, or would like a relaxing hair wash I would recommend this place for you. They also accept card here.”

“INCREDIBLE service and artistry. They were so attentive and observant. We got fresh coconuts and bottled water while getting our mani pedi. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and it made for an excellent experience. I got a mani pedi with callouses removal, full body hot stone massage, deep shampoo and conditioning for only $75!! And it would’ve been even cheaper had it not been Tet season (lunar new year). Even still, you could never get this level of service for this price in the states.”

“I came here because of the super high ratings but after reading through the reviews seems like they tell their clients to give 5 star reviews…Both the nail techs that were doing my nails and my toes kept cutting me with their equipment and I told them they were hurting me but it just kept happening throughout the appointment… 😭you can see I have cuts in my fingers I am just worried I might get an infection or have mold growing in my nails as I saw from another recent review…. The salon was a bit too crowded and uncomfortable to sit in and it didn’t really seem super clean. I showed them the design I wanted prior we started and they quoted me 1.8million VND but when I went to pay they charged me 1.95million instead but by that time I just wanted to leave so I didn’t really ask why. Overall the work is actually very good but the experience and the pain they were causing me and the hygiene concerns is why I can’t give it a 5 star.”

“Ty did my nails and she was SOOO sweet! She stayed past closing hours to finish my nails and they were fantastic! Everything I wanted them to be after I had a bad mail experience at a different shop in Vietnam. 10/10 recommend this shop and the technician Ty!! You also get a cute baby coconut to sip on while you get your nails done 🩷”
